As you can infer from from the many reviews there is a passion/dislike relationship with these multi-face phones. We run a insignificant profession from rest-home with the fundamental to have access to our well-informed in plan along with the occupation pen-mark (2 set in place phone KXTG-2000B). The Panasonic phone had the features we wanted but we ran into a eminence oversight culmination. The first phone system lasted 2 weeks and Amazon sent us a marred system. That phone lasted one week before we started to conflict snuff soir on the insignificant handsets. Amazon refused to send us a third replacement and said they would refund all our wealth. We palpable 30 minutes away from the Panasonic vamp center located in Langhorne, PA USA. I dropped the phone off for vamp and got the phone back in a week. I have to allow with a prior reviewer that the Panasonic shape phone party is constantly lively and I had to call many times to get a bodily to see if the phone was repaired. Panasonic did not call me when phone repairs were completed. However, after the service the phone performed incomparably. The audio status is A-one without the persistent bitter in and out (outside handsets) as before. The assortment is about 50 feet further than our old Sony 900 Mhz cordless phones. The phone has been working well for the last 2 months, so for now all sins are forgiven. We kept working with this phone system because the substitute phones (Siemens 8825) had condign as many if not more problems than the Panasonic multi-brand phone system.
