Answer: I looked for info on your existing phone but i could not find any, but what it sounds like is that you bought a phone that only has GSM phone service here in the states which is the first initiation wireless connection, hence very slow and patchy service. The same fad happen

Get the Nokia N95 or E71 both are known for playing there web browsing and video. E71 is about $ 400 and N95 is $ 350 if u get unlocked.
