How to get mobile adobe flash player on cell phone?

Question: I've been infuriating to watch videos on youtube and other sites, but everytime I try to ready for them, they say I need adobe flash player. Is there a way to get this for my phone, and how much does it cost to put it on my phone.Thanks.

Answer: Only some phones and appointment providers support Flash Player:

And there is no installer for the phones which do not have flash player preinstalled.
