I have a panasonic kx-tda30 phone system at work that wont audiable ring when line 1 is in use?

Question: My establishment has a panasonic phone system installed and when we have someone using line 1 and another person trys to call in the other phones on the system only indication but do not ring.

Answer: I have an AT&T, and on the phone that is being acquainted with for line 1, yes, it only flashes becuase you don't want to catch ringing all day when you're on the phone, but any other phone that is hooked into the system will ring.
