Columbus the Old Bill arrested a man in connection with the robbery of a Walmart employee in the store's parking lot this morning.

A Walmart hand was robbed in the store parking lot on Highway 45 North at 4:58 a.m. today, and Columbus control quickly apprehending the suspect.

The employee told Investigator Tommy Watkins that he was returning from a corps break when he stepped out of his vehicle and was approached by a man who had his hands in his pockets and appeared to have a weapon.
